BREEZEWAY RAIL REFURBISHMENT UPDATE –
01/02/2026
This work continues on days too windy for the swing stage. THIS WILL NOT IMPEDE RENTALS, but be aware, it is a messy job (which is why we are doing it before we undertake new deck coatings in Fall 2026). Occupants will have to step around the workers on the rails.
BALCONY RAIL REFURBISHMENT UPDATE – 01/02/2026
Due to the weather, the 08 stack units will not be finished this weekend as anticipated.
We now anticipate work on the 08 stack to resume Sunday, 1/4 through Wednesday, 1/7.
Work will resume on the 05 stack from Thursday, 1/8 through Sunday 1/11.
Work will resume on the 04 stack from Monday, 1/12 through Tuesday 1/13.
Work will resume on the 01 stack from Wednesday 1/14 through Saturday 1/17.
NOTE: BALCONIES WILL BE CLOSED TO OCCUPANTS during working hours for the safety of the workers and the occupants. This will obviously be an impact to your guests, as the balconies are an important part of enjoying a stay on the beach.

2026 PARKING UPDATE
Effective 1/1/26 bulk parking pass prices for purchases from the Young’s Suncoast office on Hwy 59 will increase from $35.00 each to $40.00 each.
Individual pass purchases from the Crystal Shores West on-site office will increase from $40.00 to $45.00.
Remember that all guests and visitors must have Parking Passes and Wristbands.
These are available in bulk from the Young’s Suncoast Office on Hwy 59.
For parking pass arrangements, please email [email protected] with your order. If you have questions, please call 251-968-3802.
Visitor Wristbands are “Sea Foam Green” and are $2.00 each.
Owner Parking Decals and “Blue” Wristbands are available from the office on property.

ONE WARNING ZERO TOLERANCE EVICTION POLICY:
By direction of the President of the Crystal Shores West Condominium Association, this property is now a ZERO TOLERANCE ZONE for Spring Break misbehavior.
