After many years of dedicated service as Qualifying Broker, Gerald King has made the decision to pass on the title of Qualifying Broker to Jordan Bodenhamer. Gerald King’s journey with Young’s Suncoast began in 1975 when he co-founded Young’s Realty, LLC with David Bodenhamer. Later, George Bodenhamer joined as a third partner and together the trio saw the company through many changes and evolutions as the destination grew. Gerald King remains with Young’s Suncoast as an operating partner and continues to be a vital presence who contributes his wisdom and expertise daily.

Jordan Bodenhamer, daughter of David Bodenhamer takes on the exciting role of Qualifying Broker and brings many years of real estate and vacation rental management experience with her. She has held a real estate license for twelve years, and currently maintains a multi-brokerage license.
