Remember that all guests and visitors must have Parking Passes and Wristbands.
These are available in bulk from the Young’s Suncoast Office on Hwy 59.

Visitor Wristbands are “Sea Foam Green” and still are $1.00 each.
Rental Parking Passes are now $20.00 each and must still be limited to 2 passes per rental.
Owner Parking Decals and “Blue” Wristbands are available from the office on property.
Complimentary Wristbands and Parking Passes for non-renting friends and relatives are also available from the office at Crystal Shores West.

ONE WARNING ZERO TOLERANCE EVICTION POLICY:
By direction of the President of the Crystal Shores West Condominium Association, this property is now a ZERO TOLERANCE ZONE for Spring Break misbehavior.
There will be only one warning. Eviction will result after the second infraction of our rules.
Crystal Shores West Elevator Work Begins October 12, 2020
Please let your rental agency and guests know in advance!
Only one elevator will be in service at a time as the electronics are upgraded in the other. This project should be completed in March of 2021, when both elevators will be in service.
We will, meanwhile, continue to do our best to sanitize and to encourage the wearing of masks and social distancing as required.
