Blue Marlin Grand Championship

The Greatest Show in Sportfishing takes place each July at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama! The 2018 Blue Marlin Grand Championship set several new benchmarks with $1.88 million in prize money on the line amongst the record 76-boat fleet.

The Wharf is also the first and the last stop for the most prestigious and sought after Championship in Sportfishing, The Gulf Coast Triple Crown. The Blue Marlin Grand Championship is the last tournament that helps determine who is crowned and has bragging rights for the year. This Sportfishing fight kicks off in May each year with the Orange Beach Fishing Classic and ends in July with The Blue Marlin Grand Championship. We can’t wait to witness the fun ahead for these anglers and all the spectators that get to experience the weigh-ins and all the other activities that take place at The Wharf when the tournaments are going on.
