There is a Walk in shower complete with foot rest. Down the hall you will find the second bedroom which has a king bed and another full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The living room has a sofa sleeper which is a queen size bed which allows this vacation rental to sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

This is a non-smoking condo. No pets are permitted and you must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this rental. Monthly rentals available October to March 1

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Parking passes and amenity wristbands are purchased on-site. Total cost will vary depending on length of stay. Parking passes are charged at $20 per day, per vehicle, for the first 3 days with a maximum charge of $60 for a weekly 7-night stay. After the first week, parking is charged at $5 per day, per vehicle. Stays November through March are charged $60 max.
