The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Two parking passes permitted per reservation. Monthly rentals available for January only. Boardwalk 285 features a Solaris Air Purification system which helps maintain a clean and allergen-free environment.
