Ballyhoo Festival
The Ballyhoo Festival takes place in Gulf State Park in March. This art festival in the Orange Beach area combines juried fine art from 100 artists with a focus on cultural exchange. Stop by the children’s art pavilion or watch some of the art demonstrations. A highlight of the event is the fiddle/banjo competition. There is also a tribal dance in ceremonial regalia by Poarch Creek Indians.
