I understand that 715a and 716a (we stayed here last year, but it was booked this year,) are owned by same person. 715a only has the front balcony, but 716a also has one looking over the lagoon. Like 716a, the couch (sofa sleeper) is a bit dated. The kitchen had all we needed. The view of the Gulf is great. Yes, you have to cross the street. The pool area is wonderful. The sunsets over the lagoon are the best. It is the perfect place for a couple. We will be back next year. Being here with the love of my life in a comfortable condo made for the perfect vacation.

The complex was great for amenities with the pool, docks, elevator etc and the view of the Gulf was very good. The unit has not been updated and it was so musty it was hard to sleep. We were unable to open the bedroom window to air out the room. We left the patio door open most of the time to clear the air. The management office was great at taking care of uses such as the patio door not working. They fixed the door the next day and responded the same day to a couple small issues. Everything worked fine. We used the dishwasher and washer and dryer without any issues. The unit really could use an update to get more comfortable furniture and the pillows were not good at all. Everything we needed was there, but just old and not very good shape. I would not want to rent this unit again as it is at this time, but a little updating would make the unit more comfortable with the sofa and maybe a couple chairs.
