Effective January 1, 2018, all common areas of the Lighthouse building, including south-side facing gulf front balconies on each unit will be 100% smoke-free. There are designated smoking areas located on the first floor under the east and west parking garage ramps and at the BBQ grills.
This property collects parking fees onsite on the 3rd floor at $25.00/pass. Only CASH is accepted. Passes are valid for the duration of your stay.
