Relax and enjoy your gulf beach getaway at Perdido Quay. It is situated just a little further east near the Alabama and Florida line line in Orange Beach. There are only 3 units per floor in this 10 story complex. This 5th floor 1400 sq ft condo has recently been updated and now features a gourmet kitchen, standalone ice maker, granite countertops, tile floors throughout and upscale furnishings. The living room has a 42-inch flat screen TV and DVD and the master bedroom a 32-inch flat screen TV. This nonsmoking unit has a full size washer and dryer. Maximum 2 car parking and monthly rentals November to January 1.

This condo was very nice and we plan on a return visit. The pool area is great, plenty of sun area, plenty of shaded area. The beach is very close and we enjoyed eating on the balcony enjoying how close the ocean was, and the beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

What a great location and unit to rent for our stay at Orange Beach! The only thing my wife and I didn't like about the room was that it did not have a tv in the guest bedroom. Like I said , that's the only thing we did not like. Now, what we really liked was that it had an ice maker. We stayed at the San Carlos last year and the view there was as good and the room was as good , but no ice maker. Call me simple for liking the ice maker but I like the idea of not having to run to the store everyday to get ice. Another thing we liked was not having to fight for parking space like we did at the San Carlos last year. We spoke to a tenant at the Perdido Quay and he said only 4 people are allowed to rent their units so this must explain why the parking was so good and beach activity was at a minimum. By minimum I mean we didn't have to fight for a place to sit during our days at the beach. In closing, a very good clean unit to rent with great parking and a great view.

When we arrived, we were met with this horrendous odor from the condo! we later discovered it was coming from the furniture,as it's very old and worn out. As we proceeded further, we then noticed the master bathroom was not clean. this included hair on the floor and a VERY, VERY filthy shower curtain, complete with black grime at the bottom of it. How much does a plastic shower curtain cost? Just replace them after a guest leaves! we called youngs to report it but no one responded. so, we went to wal-mart and bought febreeze, air fresheners and candles, which helped some. Now, for the good! Absolutely wonderful location and view! Very spacious condo and not real busy; no long waits for the elevator and never a problem finding parking. you're right on the beach! i later discovered there are other units available for rent in this condo. so, if i return, i'll probably chose another unit.

I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay at Perdido Quay. We use professional housekeepers to clean our condos and homes, and inspect prior to our guest arrivals as well. Any items that are not up to standard we would be happy to take care of if they are reported to our staff. The furniture in this condo is not old, and is of good quality. We have since inspected the condo to be sure that we do not notice the same odor that you experienced during your stay, and we are happy to report that no such odor has since been noticed, or mentioned.
