Upon arrival, the address on the building and written on agreement are different, the key did not fit the lock which had been changed. The owner was not even aware of this. Once in, the door knob pulled off the closet door, the unit not cleaned to our expectations: counter was sandy, food on floor under the coffee table, comforter had dried on, crusty urine pet stains and pet urine odor throughout our stay. Be advised as well, you are given 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, no dish soap or coffee filters. The owner laughed at me when I asked for 1 additional roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Deb, the owner was apologetic re: all concerns and we did get the doorknob fixed and they dropped off a new blanket. In the end, she never asked what she could do to make this right for us. Having stayed in many VRBO this has been the worst, by far. Who wants to deal with any issues that never should have occurred in the first place.

Beautiful deck view of the harbor. Great access to bay and ocean. Owner very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Definitely recommend this place. Quiet, out of the hustle and bustle!
