This unit in Orange Beach is near shopping, dining & activities your whole family will enjoy. With beach access directly across the street & a community veranda, your 1st floor privately owned condo boasts 880 sq ft, a private balcony accessed from the living room and master bedroom, washer/dryer, WIFI, and modern tropical decor sure to create your own private oasis. During peak times of the year 2 car limit is enforced but additional passes may be purchased if parking is available. Monthly reservations in this nonsmoking property can be made November to March 1.

My husband & I, along with my son & his girlfriend stayed at the Grande Caribbean - Unit 116 from May 25th thru May 29th, 2017 - for a little "after graduation getaway". This was our first time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised. The nightly rate was extremely reasonable, especially considering it was Memorial Day Weekend. The complex was quiet even with an almost packed parking lot. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The pool area was really nice as well, pictures don't do it justice. Also, Young's Suncoast, who manage the property, were a joy to deal with - very nice ladies and very informative! The only downsides, which the condo owner & management company had absolutely no control over, were that the public beach access directly across street (one of the reasons we initially picked this condo property) was under construction and closed to vehicles. Not sure if people were supposed to walk thru it or not to get to the beach but plenty of people were and also, trying to pull out onto Perdido Beach Blvd from the parking lot was a bit precarious at times with the amount of traffic that passes right there. Overall, a wonderful trip had by all & we will certainly recommend the Grande Caribbean, Unit #116 and Young's Suncoast to our friends & family! Also, hope to be back in the future ourselves!

This was our 1st time staying in condos but it want be our last. The condo was cute and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was so nice and quite and close to the beach. This was sooo much better than staying in a hotel.

Like 116 condo after cleaning and moping the floor .washing dirty silverware and dishes wiping mold off refrigerator my suggestion on the furniture got rid of tv . Console hand the TV.on the wall . we did liked the condo.also sink in the bathroom leek's

The condo is small but pretty. The description that was listed on the condo stated that it had a beach view from the balcony. However, we were disappointed that we could not see the beach at all. We were appalled that neither bed had been changed. The spare bedroom sheets even stunk - they smelled like dirty feet and stinky butt. I reported this to the Travel Office and they said that they would call me but I have yet to hear from them. The kitchen floor was dirty and our feet were black from it. The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator had dirt and grease all over them. I, myself, cleaned the condo including mopping the floors and wiping down all the cabinets and refrigerator and washing the bed sheets. The blinds were missing several sections so we had no privacy and the sun would shine brightly into our room in the morning because of this. If this condo were cleaned up and maintained well, it would be a decent condo to stay in but until then, I would not recommend it.

Thank you for submitting a review of your stay in Grand Caribbean 116. Young's Suncoast strives for complete guest satisfaction & we apologize that we missed the mark on this one. Had we received a call upon check in we would have promptly sent the cleaner back to make this right. However, the issues were made upon check out which did not allow us a chance to correct our error. A work order has been placed to fix/replace the blinds and we appreciat you reporting this information to us as well. We hope that you will give us a chance in the future to prove that this is not the norm for our guests.
