Sorry, but fireworks are prohibited at all rental properties.

Can I make long-distance phone calls from the rental property?
Most of our properties block direct long-distance calling. You can use your calling card, call collect or use a third-party billing. The Gulf Shores Plantation, does allow long-distance calls. You must visit their offices to pay for any calls made.

Can we grill out on our balcony?
Fire marshal and condominium association rules prohibit the use of grills on balconies and decks. However, most condominiums have a designated area for grilling or picnicking.

How do I check out?
We ask that you do a quick, light cleanup before you leave the unit. Please bag and dispose of trash, load and start the dishwasher (using dishwasher detergent only), and sweep the floors. Set the air conditioner to 75 degrees and make sure all windows and doors are locked.

You must then return all keys to any Young’s Suncoast office.

What happens if there is a storm or inclement weather or if I decide to depart early?
No refunds are allowed for early departure due to storms or inclement weather or other personal circumstances.

What happens if there is a hurricane or tropical storm?
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL - If State or local governmental authorities (not the media) issue a Tropical Storm Warning for the immediate area, to include a Voluntary Evacuation Order or a Hurricane Warning for the immediate area, you will receive a refund of your deposit and any pre-paid rent, but not the reservation processing fee. If you decide to cancel your reservation without the above orders having been issued, all amounts paid will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the same amounts and such amounts clear the bank.

AFTER ARRIVAL - If governmental authorities issue the above described orders during your visit and you decide to depart, the pro-rated amounts paid will be refunded within a reasonable time after you depart. Other circumstances and requirements may apply and you will be provided specific details in such event upon arrival, should a Tropical Storm or Hurricane approach the immediate area.
